• Refund Policy
  Since the customer must confirm that the services/web pages is exactly what they want it and how they want it to look there are no refunds. The customer can get another copy of the work we did though in the event of lossed data. This is only if KBJ's Web Designs still has a copy of the work that we have done. We will keep a copy for at least 7 days.



• Acceptable Use
  After contacting us and giving us the work you want done for you, a message will be sent to you letting you of the cost and when to expect it. Normally it will take 7 days or less to do small work or 30 days to do large work such as a full 10 page website with installation and all. After you received the message you must reply agreeing to the cost and the time frame, if NOT please state so in the reply. If you agree you will be emailed when the work and where to preview the work. Only after previewing the work if you like it then you pay and the necessary transfers will take place. After the work is completed feel free to contact us on any errors or glitches that may come about.
